Do you have a responsible 4th or 5th grader looking for a leadership opportunity at school? Do they have a desire to practice good citizenship and teamwork, while helping keep others safe? We will be kicking off our Otter Safety Patrol on January 9th. Applications are available in the front office or from your student’s homeroom teacher. Applications are due by December 16th, and students will be notified directly if selected for participation. Safety patrol training will take place on January 9th, and students will wear appropriate safety gear to help them be visible to the traffic.

Otter Patrol students will be responsible for directing other students safely through the busy drive and walk zones. Participation in safety patrol provides students with pedestrian safety training and leadership practice.
